I am always glad to help and really enjoy the excuse to talk to my Tech's again!!!! As I continue to build my Team, I don't get the fun jobs as often. Love the break!!
And you make it easy by being such a great Tech!! Drew really likes working with you, as you have built up a great reputation with our guys in Vegas as well as LA for your reliability and willingness to travel as needed.

Great, thanks for letting me know! It's definitely been awhile since the gutters were cleaned so I can imagine they were a mess. Thank you so much for all your hard work! I can honestly say that this has been the most pleasant and positive experience I have ever had with anyone we have ever hired to do work at that property!!
We just found out that the current tenant accepted a new job and is looking for a place closer to his new job, so when his lease is up in early May, I will likely be coming up to Alabama to inspect the property and get it ready for a new tenant. If there is any work that needs to be done at that time, I will definitely be giving you a call!
