Below is a list of many of my services, but not all.
If it is not listed, just ask.
(*at the bottom is the very small list of things I don't do)

Decks - I will design & build to your needs.
Painting - Inside & out (outside must be above 60 F to avoid peeling).
Sheetrock Repairs - I'll fix holes made by doorknobs, fists, feet, flying plates... If you have a hole in it, I'll fix it.
Furniture Moving - I'll pick stuff up from the store and deliver it, or move you across town*. I will only move long distance if it can fit in one trip. I will load and drive a U-Haul anywhere in the U.S. *Large jobs I will have to hire help.
Storage Buildings/Playhouses/- Built to suit your needs.
Delivery Driver - Across town or across the country.
Ceiling Fans - Replace with new.
Light Fixtures - Replace with new.
Plugs (outlets) - Replace with new.
Swap out Toilets or Sinks (kitchen or bathroom)
Plumbing - Unclog toilets or sinks
Leaky pipes - Repair or replace as needed
Install handrails
Pour Concrete - pads, patios, walks.
Signs - Hand-painted or Vinyl lettering.
Carpentry - Cabinet doors, cabinets, bookcases, shelves made to order.
Door Replacement - Interior or exterior.
Floor Repair (rotted out as in picture top right)
Linoleum flooring installed (old removed if needed)
Wood flooring (floating style)
It is virtually impossible to list everything that I have done in the past. Other than the "can't do" list below, if it isn't listed above, it doesn't mean I can't do it.

It's impossible to list everything that I do, so contact me and ask, but here is a small list of things I DO NOT do;
Lay carpeting on large scale (I do not have the tools for proper carpet installation)
Siding (yet)
Major Plumbing (laying lines, tapping into city pipes)
Major Electrical - I can replace existing items, but I'm not allowed by law inside city limits to lay new lines in old construction. I can properly wire a storage building or playhouse that I build for you.
HVAC or Appliances.
